I don’t remember every single step, which probably means nothing went too wrong. Checkout was mostly easy and worked well enough for what I needed

I tried to order a few basic things, but almost everything I clicked on was out of stock. I checked again later hoping it had changed, but it was the same situation. It’s just kind of frustrating when items are shown on the site but you can’t actually buy them, if that makes sense.

I ordered from prairiesupplyco.com and ended up needing to return the item. To be fair, the refund did come through, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just took longer than I personally think a refund should take. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick either. I have a basic standard when it comes to returns: clear communication and getting my money back in a reasonable time. They got it done, but I wish it had been faster.

I was disappointed when this showed up. It didnt really match the description, and the photos made it look different than what I got. The size info was off too, so it wasnt what I expected at all

My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but one of the items wasn’t the one I chose. That part was weird, but it wasn’t a huge deal and I ended up making it work. Still, they could probably be a little more careful when checking orders before sending them out

My first impression of Prairie Supply Co was good. I ordered a couple things and the checkout process was smooth, so I figured everything would move along easily from there.
The shipping ended up being the part that felt a little underwhelming. It wasn’t seriously delayed or anything, but the tracking sat without an update for a few days, and I found myself checking it more than I expected.
Everything did arrive in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery had been a bit faster, or at least that the updates had been more consistent.

They were professional and polite, so I can’t really complain about that. But i felt like I was the one stuck trying to figure things out on my own. I was hoping for a bit more help this time, and it just didn’t really feel like anyone was going out of their way for me.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the packaging definitely showed up looking beat up. The box was crushed, and a few of the items had dents by the time I opened it. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but I was still disappointed with how it arrived.

I was really hoping this would hold up, but it broke after just about a week of use. For me, that’s way too soon, especially if you’re expecting something reliable. Maybe I just got a faulty one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t count on it lasting long.
